FST Menggelar The 1st International Conference on Science & Technology (ICoST)
Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi akan menggelar The 1st International Conference on Science & Technology (ICoST) pada tanggal 2-3 Mei 2019 di Phinisi Ballroom Claro Hotel & Convention Makassar dengan tema ROLES AND CHALLENGES OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY IN GUARANTEEING HALAL PRODUCTS IN THE INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0.
The 1st International Conference on Science & Technology (ICoST) ini bertujuan Agar Masyarakat mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan IPTEK’s dalam persaingan global menghadapi era revolusi industry keempat (Industri 4.0).
Hasil yang diharapkan dalam The 1st International Conference on Science & Technology (ICoST) adalah bahwa peningkatan sumber daya manusia harus menjadi perhatian utama guna membentuk kebudayaan yang kondusif bagi penyerapan dan perkembangan sains dan teknologi, agar masyarakat mampu beradaptasi dan mampu menggunakan teknologi cyber , meningkatkan jumlah publikasi internasional dalam bidang sains dan teknologi serta terbitnya prosiding internasional yang dipresebtasikan dalam seminar.
Ketua Panitia Dr Wasilah ST MT mengatakan bahwa The 1st International Conference on Science & Technology (ICoST) akan dirangkaikan dengan penandatanganan Mou bersama The Halal Science Center Chulalongkorn University Dr Winai Dahlan beserta Konsorsium Halal PTKI dan FGD Forum Dekan PTKI yang Insya Allah akan dihadiri oleh Bapak Dirjen Pendis Kemenag RI Prof Dr Phil Kamaruddin Amin, MA.
